Behavior Health Program Manager – CHC/027

Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. Acts as a liaison between Providers, Clinical Support Staff, and Office Staff. Duties include telephone reception, registration scheduling, filing, timekeeping and using customer service skills, compiling and maintaining records of activities and transactions, and performing a variety of disparate clerical duties using knowledge of systems and procedures.

Certified Medical Assistant – CHC/135

Applicant will be working assisting Certified School Health Nurse Practitioner in patient care activities, including collecting information from students, escorting students, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures. The candidate will be expected to work at Brooks Middle School in Bolingbrook, along with traveling to satellite offices if the school-based clinic is closed. The employee’s work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm.
