Job Summary
Candidate will work under the supervision of the MCR Program Coordinator as a Full-time provider of intensive Mental Health Services for children and adolescents (C&A) and adults along with families. Provides intensive Mental Health Services, including, but not limited to, pre-admission screening, crisis stabilization, C&A, and adults with mental illness or emotional disorders that are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization. Crisis assessments are conducted to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and maintain C&A and adults in the home. Schedule, Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An accredited Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology. Must have successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 750 hours of supervised direct service or have one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish.
Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($29.61 – $42.88)
