Job Summary
Provides evaluative, diagnostic, and comprehensive treatment services to adults and adolescents experiencing life-area impact from the use of substances. Must have the ability to work some Saturdays and late days. Must have the ability to work at Health Department satellite office facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An accredited Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, licensed or eligible for licensure as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Clinical Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) from the Illinois Alcohol and Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association (IAODAPCA).
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($29.61-$42.88)
