Will County Community Health Center’s Walk-In Clinic is pleased to offer same-day appointments for both adults and children, to provide the care you and your family need, when you need it.
If You Are Feeling Sick or Have a Minor Injury and Want to See a Doctor That Day, We Can Help!
Walk-in patients will be seen on a “first come, first serve” basis by one of our primary care providers based on availability. These appointments are for non-life threatening illnesses, symptoms, or minor injuries only, including the following:
- Cold
- Cough
- Flu/Flu shots
- Sore throat
- Minor lacerations
- Sprains and strains
Routine Care
Walk-in appointments are not for routine care, such as annual exams, physical or school exams, pre-operative work-up, or emergency care.
For routine care, please call (815) 727-8670 or schedule an appointment with a primary care provider.
For serious or life-threatening medical needs, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, stroke-like symptoms, severe pain or bleeding, please call 911 or seek immediate medical attention as soon as possible.
Federally Qualified Health Center
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Will County Community Health Center offers discounts based on federally established guidelines. You may be eligible for a discount if you are not covered by an insurance plan.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, some HMOs and PPOs. Patients without insurance are on a sliding fee scale. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.
