The Will County Community Health Center offers FREE optometry services for Will County residents including: eye examinations for children and adults, prescriptions for lenses, screening for cataracts and glaucoma, diagnosis and treatment for eye conditions.

The Will County Community Health Center’s Free Optometry Services for uninsured or underinsured patients are offered by the Chicago College of Optometry, Midwestern University.
Appointments and Location
Appointments for optometry services are at the Will County Community Health Center at 1106 Neal Avenue each Wednesday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
