Travel Immunization Clinic Program
The travel consultation provides destination specific information regarding current diseases, epidemics, vaccination recommendations, and measures for safe travel. Recommendations for immunizations are individualized based on each traveler’s age, medical history, past immunizations, and travel plans.
Designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Center
Our travel clinic is a designated yellow fever vaccination center by the CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health. Individuals who receive the Yellow Fever vaccine will be issued an International Certificate of Vaccination approved by the World Health Organization. Yellow Fever vaccination is required at least 10 days prior to entry into some countries.
Immunization Appointments and Information
- Services are provided by appointment only.
- To maximize protection from vaccine preventable illness, an appointment should be scheduled at least 4 weeks before departure.
- Pre-Travel consultation is required prior to vaccination.
- Pre-travel consultation is $50.00 for the first person; $25.00 for each additional person in the party.
- All travelers should bring their immunization records. Children must be accompanied by their parent(s)/guardian(s).
