Our Patient Portal allows you online access to your personal health record, test results, non-urgent messages, medication refill requests and appointment requests.
The Will County Community Health Center has a new patient portal and patients using previous version must request a re-enrollment invitation from health center staff.

OTTO Telehealth Virtual Visits
Telehealth is available at the Will County Community Health Center for certain types of appointments.
Telehealth allows patients to communicate with their healthcare provider using technology face to face and/or by phone. All you need is a phone or device with internet to continue your medical care while protecting yourself and your healthcare provider from COVID-19.

Will County Community Health Center Programs & Services
The Will County Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that provides a variety of health services for Will County residents. Services provided include behavioral health for all ages, dental services for adults and children, eye care, family planning services, HIV and STI testing and treatment, Insurance assistance and more.

Adolescent Health
Yearly well-care visits, developmental screenings, flu shots, growth evaluations, sick visit & injury evaluations, school and sports physicals, immunizations, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for diseases, behavioral health services, and dental.
Adult Medicine
Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases, diabetes specialty clinic, disease prevention (healthy eating, lifestyle modification, and more), flu shots, sick visits, college physicals, confidential HIV and STI testing & treatment, physicals and pregnancy testing.
Behavioral Health
Psychiatric and medication management services, individual therapy, group therapy sessions, Behavioral Health injection clinic, medication assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol addictions.
Behavioral Health Therapy
Behavioral Health Therapy Sessions are available at the Will County Community Health Center to offer support to Will County residents for anxiety, depression, and other illnesses.
COVID-19 RESOURCES
View Will County COVID resources for domestic violence, food resources, alternate housing/shelters, senior services, mental health, financial and Advocate’s COVID virtual care program.
COVID-19 VACCINES
The Will County Community Health Center is providing COVID-19 Vaccines for anyone 12 years of age or older at the Joliet location. Vaccine are available to the public from 9-12:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments required.
Dental Services
Regular exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, extractions, and education to understand proper dental care for Will County residents.
Dental Mobile Unit
State of the art, dental mobile unit was launched. It is serving school children, homeless shelters, day cares, rehabilitation centers, health fairs, and other community sites in Will County.
Diabetes Education Sessions
The Will County Community Health Center continues to offer Diabetes Group Educational Sessions every other Friday. The sessions include education on exercise, food and portion control.
Eye Care
The Will County Community Health Center offers free Optometry Services offered by the Chicago College of Optometry, Midwestern University.
Family Medicine
Diagnosis and Treatment of diseases, disease prevention (healthy eating, lifestyle modification, and more), flu shots, sick visits, college physicals, confidential HIV and STI testing & treatment, physicals, pregnancy testing and more.
HIV PREVENTION
Counseling, testing, treatment, and follow-up care, anonymous and confidential HIV/AIDS testing is available as well as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for persons at high risk for HIV.
Insurance Assistance
Eligibility counselors available for assistance with Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace insurance enrollment.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Gynecology at Joliet, Bolingbrook, and Monee Prenatal and postpartum care in Joliet only Deliveries, sterilizations, and gynecological surgeries at Silver Cross Hospital.
Pediatrics
Physical exams, including well baby exams, school exams, sick visits, immunizations, medical diagnosis, and treatment for all illnesses for children.
PHARMACY
Full-service pharmacy located on-site, offering services custom-designed for you. The pharmacy team is focused on serving the needs of those in the behavioral health and substance use disorder communities, as well as those who have complex, chronic conditions.
PrEP CLINIC
A specialty clinic designed for persons who are at increased risk for contracting HIV. PrEP Clinic Services are available at the Joliet location.
Sexually Transmitted Infections
Providing confidential service for free condoms, education and counseling, STI and HIV testing and same day STI treatment at our Joliet and Bolingbrook Locations.
Walk-In Clinic
Will County Community Health Center’s walk-in clinic is pleased to offer same-day appointments for both adults and children, to provide the care you and your family need, when you need it.
Women’s Health
Prenatal care for every stage of pregnancy, birth control to fit your lifestyle, routine female health maintenance with breast and cervical cancer screening.
Teen Clinics
Family Planning, birth control, free condoms, pregnancy testing and counseling, STD testing and treatment, HIV testing and counseling.
Other Services
Other services include: family planning, teen services, birth control and contraception, reproductive health services, sexually transmitted diseases, mental health counseling and support.
Community Health Center Governing Council
The Governing Council of the Community Health Center has entered into a written Cooperative Operational Agreement with the Will County Board of Health. The Council consists of between 9 and 15 voting members. A majority of the Council members shall be individuals who are or will be served by the Center and who, as a group, represent the populations served in terms of demographic factors, such as race, ethnicity, and gender.
Community Health Center Funding
The Community Health Center receives funding from the Department of Health and Human Services and as a deemed entity, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) provides exclusive remedy for damage from personal injury, including death, resulting from the performance of medical, surgical, dental or related functions by any employee or volunteer.
Joint Commission Accreditation
The Will County Community Health Center obtained a Joint Commission accreditation in 2017. Accreditation by the Joint Commission is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality and demonstrates the Will County Community Health Center’s commitment and alignment with the Joint Commission’s vision. That vision is to ensure that our patients always experience the safest, highest quality, most efficient and affordable health care across all settings.
