You MUST bring your COVID-19 vaccination record card to your vaccination appointment. If you lost your vaccination record, you MUST request a new card prior to arriving for a vaccination appointment.

The Will County Health Department’s Home Vaccination Program may be able to assist homebound Medicare/Medicaid patients.

Vaccines at The Will County Community Health Center
The Will County Community Health Center is providing COVID-19 Vaccines for anyone 6 months or older at the Joliet location (1106 Neal Avenue).
Vaccine are available to the public from 8AM to 1PM, Monday through Friday. Appointments are required.
