Job Summary
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating supervision of staff for Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. Acts as a liaison between providers, clinical support staff, and office staff. Collaborates with the entire management team to provide quality, cost-effective care.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Accredited diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Illinois or a reciprocal State. Bachelor’s degree in health care management, nursing, psychology, counseling, or social work. Three (3) years of experience in a clinic or outpatient psychiatric or healthcare setting and two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, and electronic medical records.
Salary Range
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000
