Job Summary
Under the direction of the Division of Behavioral Health Programs (DBHP) Division Director. Responsible for developing and overseeing the administration of policies, procedures, and work products, including the enforcement of federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, and codes in support of the daily operations of the DBHP. Works with community groups, agencies, businesses, and regional partners to represent DBHP or stand in for the Division Director to address public behavioral health issues. May be assigned to work in branch offices of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An accredited Master’s degree in social work or counseling. Five (5) years of experience in the mental health field and a minimum of five (5) years of management experience, including personnel and programming. Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois or reciprocal state.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
Salary Range
