Under the direct supervision of the Primary Care Manager, the applicant will provide general nursing care and leadership while working collaboratively with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members.
Mental Health Counselor II or III– (Child and Adolescent Program) – BH/055
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services provision to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery. Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, but the candidate may be required to work evening hours, along with local travel.
Engagement Specialist I-Substance Use Treatment Program – BH/094
Will assist the Substance Use Treatment team in providing direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis, along with providing outreach and engagement of all individuals in the Substance Use Treatment Program to help individuals remain engaged in treatment and to promote continued access to mental health and community-related services. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
