Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, the applicant will provide general nursing care and leadership while working collaboratively with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members.

Performs clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration processes by providing information regarding patient/client demographics, registration, and eligibility process: receiving, verifying, collecting fees, and entering data.
Immunization nurse will promote immunization and disease prevention, provide instruction regarding vaccination schedules, risks and benefits, recommendations and administer vaccinations to clients in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, schools, and community locations.
Utilizes financial and purchasing software to process all Department invoices, bills, claims, and purchase orders. Maintains inventory including ordering, receiving and maintaining organized supple storage. Receives and processes mail and packages.
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services provision to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery.
Will assist the Substance Use Treatment team in providing direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis, along with providing outreach and engagement of all individuals in the Substance Use Treatment Program to help individuals remain engaged in treatment and to pro-mote continued access to mental health and community-related services. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
