Candidate will conduct investigation, surveillance, prevention, and control of sexually transmitted diseases and vaccine-preventable diseases through contact tracing, interviews, and education.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, performs a variety of confidential administrative responsibilities in an assistive capacity to the CEO, and to a lesser extent, the QI/Risk Management Program Coordinator and Director of Operations.
Candidate will work under the supervision of the 590 Program Coordinator as a full-time provider of intensive Mental Health Services for children and adolescents (C&A) and adults along with families.
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood along with performing in-house procedures.
