Behavior Health – Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator – ARPA funded until 12/31/25 – BH/504
The Performance and Quality Improvement Manager provides ongoing monitoring of performance improvement, continuous quality improvement, and utilization review of the services provided within the Division of Behavioral Health Programs.
Behavior Health Program Manager – CHC/027
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. Acts as a liaison between Providers, Clinical Support Staff, and Office Staff. Collaborates with the entire Management Team to provide quality, cost-effective care and provides guidance in effective problem-solving to all areas and locations of behavioral health services.
Program Coordinator-590 Crisis Care System Program – BH/086 – REPOST
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating patient services activities within an assigned area and over assigned staff.
Program Manager-Immunizations Clinics and Back-up Vaccine Coordinator – ARPA grant funded until 12/31/24 – FHS/709
Supervise and facilitate daily operations of the Will County Health Department Immunizations and Travel Immunizations Clinics and act as backup Vaccine Coordinator.
