Certified Medical Assistant (Bolingbrook) (Bilingual in Spanish) – CHC/123
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures.
Patient Registration Clerk – CHC/108
Candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration by providing information regarding registration and eligibility process; receiving, verifying, and entering data. Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 am-6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm.
Reimbursement Specialist I – CHC/033
Responsible for maximizing receipts of revenue through training, problem-solving, advanced knowledge of health service, billing and payer requirements, and implementation of quality assurance system in billing procedures and collections.
Certified Medical Assistant – CHC/128

The Director of Operations coordinates, plans, directs, evaluates, and improves operations, making sure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service are maintained and ensuring that the Community Health Center’s everyday activities run smoothly.

Oversees and manages clinical operations for the Care Clinic at the Community Health Center. Performs clinical nursing functions for the Care Clinic and Infectious Diseases provider.
