The CEO is responsible for the administration, overall direction, budget management, and coordination of all Will County Community Health Center activities.

Secretarial position that supports the Department’s patient records and functions using knowledge of applicable policies, practices, and procedures. Flexible work schedule, up to 37.5 hours per week.
Certified Medical Assistant – CHC/010
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures.
Outreach Specialist I or II – IPHCA Navigator Grant funded to 8/25/2024 – CHC/132
This position is responsible for participating in outreach activities for community residents who lack healthcare and health insurance access.
Behavior Health Program Manager – CHC/027
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. Acts as a liaison between Providers, Clinical Support Staff, and Office Staff. Collaborates with the entire Management Team to provide quality, cost-effective care and provides guidance in effective problem-solving to all areas and locations of behavioral health services.

Provides primary and preventative mental health care services as part of an integrated primary care behavioral health team. Flexible on work schedule.

Applicant will be working assisting Certified School Health Nurse Practitioner in patient care activities, including collecting information from students, escorting students, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures. The candidate will be expected to work at Brooks Middle School in Bolingbrook, along with traveling to satellite offices if the school-based clinic is closed. The employee’s work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm.
