Patient Registration Clerk – FHS/111
The candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration by providing information regarding the registration and eligibility process; receiving, verifying, and entering data.
Program Manager-Immunizations Clinics and Back-up Vaccine Coordinator – ARPA grant funded until 12/31/24 – FHS/709
Supervise and facilitate daily operations of the Will County Health Department Immunizations and Travel Immunizations Clinics and act as backup Vaccine Coordinator.
Administrative Clerk I or II – Immunizations Clerk – FHS/705
Works under the supervision of the Division/Department Head through immediate supervisor as directed or required. Duties include telephone reception, registration scheduling, filing, timekeeping and using customer service skills, compiling and maintaining records of activities and transactions, and performing a variety of disparate clerical duties using knowledge of systems and procedures.
Staff Nurse II, III, or IV – ARPA GRANT FUNDED UNTIL 12/31/2024 – FHS/701
Candidate will provide case management services to clients in our Better Birth Outcomes, High-Risk Infant Follow-up, Healthworks/Medical Case Management, and lead poisoning prevention programs.
Nutrition Specialist – FHS/037 – (RESPOST)
Under the supervision of the Division Director through immediate supervisors; plans, organizes, and evaluates the nutrition component of Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Conducts group education and health assessments and certifies clients eligible for WIC.
