Administrative Clerk I (Bolingbrook) – FHS/078
This position is for the WCHD WIC Program. Duties include telephone reception, registration scheduling, filing, timekeeping and using customer service skills, preparing and editing purchasing requisitions, inventorying all supplies to meet requirements, placing orders with vendors, maintaining a filing system, and updating records as required.
Communicable Disease Investigator I, II, or III – FHS/133
Candidate will conduct investigations, surveillance, prevention, and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases of public health.
Staff Nurse II, III, or IV – FHS/701
The candidate will provide case management services to clients in our Better Birth Outcomes, High-Risk Infant Follow-up, Medical Case Management for children at risk, and Lead Poisoning Prevention programs. Home visits could be required.
Nutrition Specialist – FHS/037
Under the supervision of the Division Director through immediate supervisors; plans, organizes, and evaluates the nutrition component of Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Conducts group education and health assessments and certifies clients eligible for WIC.
