Plans, organizes, conducts, or coordinates and evaluates nutritional components of the women, Infants, and Children (WIC) or general Public Health Programs.
Staff Nurse II, III, or IV – FHS/701
The candidate will provide case management services to clients in our Healthworks/Medical Case Management for children at risk, High-Risk Infant Follow-up, and Better Birth Outcomes programs.
Administrative Clerk II – FHS/108
We are seeking an individual to join our WIC Program Team. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering clients. Also, responsible for filing documents in accordance with Records Management guidelines and helping create necessary forms or materials for program operations.
Communicable Disease Investigator I, II, or III – FHS/707
Candidate will conduct investigation, surveillance, prevention, and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases of public health. Areas of importance will be vaccine-preventable diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, bloodborne pathogens, foodborne diseases, waterborne diseases, airborne diseases, vector-borne diseases, zoonotic diseases, healthcare-associated infections, and emerging infectious diseases.
