As we await the completion of our new WCHD building, a place in which many minutes, hours, and days of public health work and community impact will be accomplished, nearly 100 staff members are bused daily to and from work in order to support the project completion.
The new Will County Health Department Building is set to open in the Spring of 2020.
The project began in the Fall of 2018, with the goal of moving in this coming Spring. Staff are eager and excited to begin their public health journey in a new home. Contact the Will County Health Department today to make it your “Home” as well.
