Job Summary
Provides evaluative, diagnostic, and comprehensive treatment services to adults and adolescents experiencing life area impact from the use of substances.
Minimum Qualifications
An accredited Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field, licensed or eligible for licensure as Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). This position also requires an individual to hold Clinical Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) from the Illinois Alcohol and Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association (IAODAPCA).
Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wage ($24.83 – $38.72)
