Nutrition Specialist (Bolingbrook) – FHS/112
Under the supervision of the Division Director through immediate supervisors; plans, organizes, and evaluates the nutrition component of Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
Community Health Educator I or II – FHS/141
The Community Health Educator will be responsible for all activities required by assigned Community Health Initiatives/Grants, including Illinois Tobacco Free Communities (Tobacco Program) and the HIV/STI Prevention and Pre/Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP/PEP) programs.
Mental Health Counselor II or III-Substance Use Treatment Focused – BH/089
Provides comprehensive assessments, evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and comprehensive group and individuals therapeutic services to adults and adolescents experiencing life-area impact from the use of substances.
Administrative Clerk I – FHS/129
Duties include a high level of data entry, telephone reception, registration scheduling, and using customer service skills.
Medical Secretary – CHC/072
The candidate will be responsible for medical records, responding to all incoming record requests, sending records, and working with third-party vendors to retrieve medical records. Requests will come from various sources (in-person, faxes, email, etc.). Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls concerning medical records is another facet of the position.

Duties include a high level of data entry, telephone reception, registration scheduling, filing, timekeeping, and using customer service skills. Position is for the WCHD WIC Program. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, and Wednesday, 10:30 am-6:30 pm. Candidate must be able to travel to other sites as needed.
Mental Health Counselor II or II I– (Child & Adolescent) School-Based – BH/108
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to youth clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families.
Community Health Educator I or II – FHS/122
The Community Health Educator will be responsible for all activities required by assigned Community Health Initiatives/Grants, with heavy emphasis on Illinois Tobacco Free Communities (Tobacco Program). Additional grant work may include the All Our Kids Early Childhood Network, or other grant work as assigned.
Certified Medical Assistant (OB-GYN) – CHC/012
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures.
Infectious Disease Manager – CHC/026
This candidate will oversee and manage clinical operations for the Care Clinic at the Community Health Center. Performs clinical nursing functions for the Care Clinic and Infectious Disease (ID) provider.

Candidate will perform community and medical consecutive oral interpreting and sight translation. Works in a variety of public healthcare settings. Schedule Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, and Saturday 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
Communicable Disease Investigator I, II, or III – FHS/022
Candidate will conduct investigations, surveillance, prevention, and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases of public health. Areas of importance will be vaccine-preventable diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, bloodborne pathogens, foodborne diseases, waterborne diseases, airborne diseases, vector-borne diseases, zoonotic diseases, healthcare-associated infections, and emerging infectious diseases.
Reimbursement Specialist – CHC/091
Responsible for maximizing receipts of revenue through training, problem-solving, advanced knowledge of health service, billing and payer requirements, and implementation of quality assurance system in billing procedures and collections.
Staff Nurse II or III-CHC/601
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, the applicant will provide general nursing care and leadership while working collaboratively with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members.
Physician Provider – Family Medicine – CHC/056
Provides a full scope of primary and preventative health care services to all adults and children to meet the health care needs of clinic patients.
