It’s National Women’s Health Week!

Beginning each year on Mother’s Day, we celebrate National Women’s Health Week to encourage women and girls to make their health a priority.

Here are some of the best ways women can prioritize their physical and emotional health:

  • Get regular checkups, including a yearly Well-Woman exam, and talk to a healthcare provider about any health concerns you have.
  • Get active.
  • Eat a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Prioritize your mental health and learn how to cope with stress.
  • Practice healthy behaviors. Daily decisions influence your overall health.
