Communicable Disease Contact Tracing Assistant FHS/124 – COVID Crisis Grant Until 6/30/23 – ARPA Until 6/30/25
Performs a variety of confidential administrative responsibilities. The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, developing, and maintaining correspondence, data entry into INEDSS, ICARE and Salesforce, answering phone calls, assisting with case investigation and other duties as assigned.
Plans, develops, and executes environmental health programs.
Candidate will provide crisis screenings, resources, and crisis responses to
community residents along with linkage between the CARES Line and screener.
Under immediate supervision of the Laboratory Program Coordinator. Duties include collecting environmental samples of individual mechanical systems or other samples and submitting samples to lab for analysis.
The Health Navigator works in collaboration with the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Team, local Community-Based organizations, local health providers, various county departments, and local social service organizations to assure that information, education, and vaccination opportunities are available to all residents in Will County.
