Job Summary
Manages and directs program plan expectations and provides direct clinical services to Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Children and Adolescents (C&A) at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Ensures prescreening of all eligible C&A for hospitalization, ensures crisis stabilization or deflection services, and maintains Individual Care Grant and Flex Family Program.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field, and licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Practitioner of Health Arts as established by Title 59 Mental Health Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, and Part 132 Medical Community Mental Health Services Program, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U. S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess Child & Adolescent mental health assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills, and substance abuse skills, along with crisis intervention and case management.

DESIRED
Previous management experience.
