Project Hope Unsheltered Outreach Event

The Will County Continuum of Care, in partnership with Joliet Township & the Will County MAPP Collaborative, is hosting an engagement event to provide resources to unhoused individuals, supporting their path to securing housing. Resources will include: health screenings, food, care item distribution, haircuts & more. The Continuum of Care is accepting donations of items in high demand among the populations they serve.
