Administrative Clerk II – EP&R/003
Works under the supervision of the Division/Department Head through immediate supervisor as directed or required. Duties include telephone reception, registration scheduling, filing, timekeeping and using customer service skills, preparing and editing purchasing requisitions, inventorying all supplies to meet requirements, placing orders with vendors, maintaining a filing system, updating records as required, and evaluating cost purchasing from various vendors.
Certified Medical Assistant – CHC/116
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along, with performing in-house procedures.
Care Coordinator/Case Manager I or II – CHC/070
Responsible for planning and executing Medical Case Management for existing and newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients with high need and high viral load.
Nutrition Specialist – FHS/035
Under the supervision of the Division Director through immediate supervisors; plans, organizes, and evaluates the nutrition component of Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Conducts group education and health assessments and certifies clients eligible for WIC.
Mental Health Counselor II- Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) – BH/080
Candidate will work under the supervision of the MCR Program Coordinator as a Full-time provider of intensive Mental Health Services for children and adolescents (C&A) and adults along with families.
Engagement Specialist I-Substance Use Concentration – BH/094
Will assist the Substance Use Treatment team in providing direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis, along with providing outreach and engagement of all individuals in the Substance Use Treatment Program to help individuals remain engaged in treatment and to promote continued access to mental health and community-related services.

Program Manager for the 590 Program (Bolingbrook) – BH/060
Provides focused and time-limited services designed to achieve crisis symptom reduction, stabilization, and restoration of the client to the previous level of functioning.
COVID Tester (Temp, No Benefits) – CHC/1030-012
The candidate will perform COVID/Flu/RSV testing and provide vaccinations five (5) days per week for six (6) hours per day.
Director of Operations – BH/004
Under the direction of the Division of Behavioral Health Programs (DBHP) Division Director. Responsible for developing and overseeing the administration of policies, procedures, and work products, including the enforcement of federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, and codes in support of the daily operations of the DBHP.
Mental Health Counselor II– (Child & Adolescent) – BH/017
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to youths and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community.
(2) Health Navigator (Temporary with no benefits) – ADM/1030
The Health Navigator works in collaboration with the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Team, local Community-Based organizations, local health providers, various county departments, and local social service organizations to ensure that information, education, and vaccination opportunities are available to all residents in Will County.
Nutritionist III – FHS/036
Plans, organizes, conducts, or coordinates and evaluates nutritional components of the women, Infants, and Children (WIC) or general Public Health Programs.
Staff Nurse II or III-Immunizations Clinic – FHS/710
Immunization nurse will instruct individuals and families in health promotion and disease prevention; will provide instruction in general health care and treatment to assigned clients in homes, schools, branch offices, and clinics, working in concert with the family physicians as necessary.

An Environmental Health Intern will become familiar with all environmental health programs implemented by the Will County Health Department.

Functions as a professional member of the Will County Community Health Center Clinical team. The candidate will perform a variety of functions to support quality healthcare services. Provide acute and chronic direct patient care services while working with psychiatrists and other members of the behavioral health care team.
Program Manager-Screening, Assessment, and Support Services – BH/096
Manages and directs program plan expectations and provides direct clinical services to Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Children and Adolescents (C&A) at risk of psychiatric hospitalization.
Program Coordinator (NBO) – EH/003
Supervises and coordinates Environmental Health services; supervises and coordinates assigned workers and engages in related activities, including professional and support staff. Schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 PM.
