Job Summary
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing coordination, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services provision to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery. Schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with some evening hours.

Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($31.26 – $44.17)
Grade 15 Hourly Wages ($34.73 – $49.08)
