Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for medical records, responding to all incoming record requests, sending records, and working with third-party vendors to retrieve medical records. Requests will come from various sources (in-person, faxes, email, etc.). Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls concerning medical records is another facet of the position. Responsibility also includes working with internal departments, scanning records into patient medical charts, and working with hospitals and specialists. Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalency required. Two (2) years prior and related paraprofessional, client experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
Salary Range
Grade 9 Hourly Wages ($18.82 – $26.59)
