Job Summary
This candidate will oversee and manage clinical operations for the Care Clinic at the Community Health Center. Performs clinical nursing functions for the Care Clinic and Infectious Disease (ID) provider. Oversees Ryan White grant program and operations. Coordinates quality assurance and improvement initiatives as they relate to infectious disease control.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Nursing and a Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or a reciprocal state. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting with clinical support activities, preferably in infectious disease-related healthcare. One (1) year of supervisory experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility.
Salary Range
$60,000 – $80,000
