Will County Community Health Center Expanding Services At Northern Branch Office In Bolingbrook

The Will County Community Health Center (WCCHC) is expanding its services at the Will County Health Department’s Northern Branch Office in Bolingbrook.
The WCCHC has recently opened a newly remodeled health center located at 391 Quadrangle Drive (Suite 130) in Bolingbrook, which is located across the parking lot from the previous location. The WCCHC will be providing primary care for ages 5 and up, behavioral health and family planning services at the new clinic location.
“The Will County Community Health Center leadership is honored to announce the Bolingbrook location is moving from the current suite to a larger suite on the same campus on Quadrangle Drive,” said Stacy Baumgartner, Chief Executive Office of the Will County Community Health Center. “Moving to this location allows us to expand primary and behavioral health care services in the Bolingbrook area. This investment allows us to serve more patients and reflects our commitment to ensuring access to comprehensive health care for Will County residents.”
Community Health Center Services in Bolingbrook
Primary Medical Care – The WCCHC will offer primary medical care for patients five years and older at the new Bolingbrook office. Providers offer a range of services from preventive care and health maintenance to the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and chronic conditions.
Behavioral Health – The WCCHC’s Behavioral Health services include assessment, treatment planning, and medication management services.
Family Planning – Family planning services include contraception, pregnancy testing and counseling, and confidential STI testing and treatment.
Hours and Appointments
The Community Health Center’s Bolingbrook hours will be: Mondays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m., Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Additional Will County Health Department Services at the Northern Branch Office (NBO) in Bolingbrook (323 Quadrangle Drive)
While the Community Health Center has moved into a new location in Bolingbrook on Quadrangle Drive, the Will County Health Department continues to offer services at it’s 323 Quadrangle Drive location. Services from the behavioral health division, family health services division and environmental health division are all available in Bolingbrook.
Will County Health Department Behavioral Health Division at NBO
The WCCHC wasn’t the only division to expand in Bolingbrook. The Behavioral Health Division of the Will County Health Department recently took over the previous space occupied by the WCCHC, nearly doubling the size of the Behavioral Health Division’s space in Bolingbrook. The Division continues to provide outpatient mental health services for adults, children and adolescents. Adult, children and adolescent outpatient appointments are offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In addition, the Behavioral Health Division’s Bolingbrook office also includes psychiatric assessments and includes the Mobile Crisis Response team. Appointments for the Behavioral Health Division in Bolingbrook can be scheduled by calling 815-727-8521.
Family Health Services Division at NBO
The Family Health Services Division services offered at the Bolingbrook office include the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program and the immunizations clinic. The WIC program has hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. The WIC office can be reached at 630-679-7010. The Immunizations Clinic has hours in Bolingbrook on Mondays and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Immunizations appointments can be scheduled by calling 815-740-8143. The Better Birth Outcomes Case management program also operates out of the Bolingbrook location.
Environmental Health Division Services at NBO.
The Will County Environmental Health Division offers a wide range of programs from the Bolingbrook location, including its food safety program, wells and septic systems program, swimming and bathing beach inspection program, body art and tanning inspection program, and West Nile Virus/Mosquito mitigation program. Home radon test kits are also sold at the Bolingbrook location for $8. Bottles for water testing can also be obtained and returned at the Bolingbrook location.
