Job Summary
Works under the supervision of the Director of Operations. This individual will be assigned as the driver of the 42’ long Mobile Health Vehicle. The applicant will drive the mobile health vehicle to local community shelters, schools, and other sites. Performs routine maintenance and safety checks prior to and after each route. Maintains the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle’s interior and equipment. Ensures recommended vehicle maintenance is scheduled and completed. Will assist with patient registration at remote events using the healthcare electronic health record software. Scheduled up to 20 hours per week. Weekends are not required.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, possess a current Illinois CDL driver’s license, have and maintain minimum auto liability insurance. Ability to lift boxes/cartons up to 50 pounds. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Driving knowledge of the Will County area. Background record search, including driving record. Successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination.
Salary Range
Hourly Wages $25.00 – $35.00
