Job Summary
Immunization nurse will promote immunization and disease prevention, provide instruction regarding vaccination schedules, risks and benefits, recommendations and administer vaccinations to clients in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, schools, and community locations. Will need to be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Will be required to travel to branch offices, offsite events, and patients’ homes with the objective to vaccinate and promote immunizations in the community. Business travel is eligible for Mileage Reimbursement.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Staff Nurse II: Accredited Diploma or Associate in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required.
Staff Nurse III: Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required.
Staff Nurse IV: Accredited Master’s Degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
DESIRED
Bi-lingual in Spanish and passionate about immunizations.
Salary Range
$56,785 (Starting Salary (Grade 13, Step 13) to $80,236 (Top of the range (Grade 13, Step 27)
$63,094 (Starting Salary (Grade 14, Step 13) to $89,151 (Top of the range (Grade 14, Step 27)
$70,104 (Starting Salary (Grade 15, Step 13) to $99,057 (Top of the range (Grade 15, Step 27)
