Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the liaison between the Will County Health Department and its current and potential customers, clients, and patients (patrons). This individual will work in a call center, working closely with other team members to provide exceptional patron service by listening attentively to understand the reason for their call and addressing all questions and concerns. Schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of customer service and call center experience. Bilingual in Spanish with a successful completion of the Interpreter bilingual assessment.
REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.
DESIRED
Experience in a healthcare call center.
Salary Range
Grade 10 Hourly Wages ($22.35 – $31.58)
