Getting Started
New and returning clients seeking Behavioral Health services—for Children & Adolescents and Adults—may contact our Intake Department to speak with a Behavioral Health Intake Counselor.
We are here to help you begin services quickly, respectfully, and without discrimination.
What to Expect During Intake
During your intake call, our counselors will collect essential information, including:
- Client demographics
- Insurance and financial information
- Reason for seeking services
Once this information is gathered, you will be scheduled with a clinician for your first appointment. If you need services outside of what our department provides, we will offer appropriate referrals.
Your First Appointment
During your initial appointment, your clinician will:
- Review your rights and agency responsibilities
- Discuss confidentiality
- Begin gathering information for your assessment so we can better understand and meet your needs
Insurance & Payment
We accept:

Sliding-scale fees are available, and no one is denied services due to inability to pay.
