Behavioral Health Services, Counselors, and Management
Job Summary
Responsible for the management and overall quality and effectiveness of a program providing direct client services. Directs, coordinates, and evaluates the services of major programs and program plan expectations. Acts as a liaison between assigned program areas, division management, and other State and County agencies. Provides supervision, professional and technical guidance to School Based Behavioral Health Child and Adolescent personnel. Light travel may be involved.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in either Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Counseling, or related behav-ioral health field, and licensed as a Licensed Practitioner of Health Arts, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clini-cal Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Must possess adult, adolescent, and child mental health as-sessment, diagnostic and treatment skills, and crisis interven-tion and case management skills. Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Behavioral Health, and one (1) year of management experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.
DESIRED
Knowledge of Computer Literacy, including Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
Salary Range
$60,000 (Minimum Compensation) – $80,000 (Maximum Compensation) (Exempt)
