Job Summary
Performs clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration processes by providing information regarding patient/client demographics, registration, and eligibility process: receiving, verifying, collecting fees, and entering data. Schedule Tuesday through Thursday 9:30 am-5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalency required. One (1) year of Patient Registration experience. Passing of Health Department’s clerical test.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
DESIRED:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Salary Range
$36,090 (Starting Salary (Grade 8, Step 13) to $50,994 (Top of the range (Grade 8, Step 27)
