Job Summary
Provides focused and time-limited services designed to achieve crisis symptom reduction, stabilization, and restoration of the client to the previous level of functioning. Manages, supervises staff, and directs program plan expectations. Schedule, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on call for 2nd and 3rd shift referrals to the team.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field. Active Illinois License in LPHA or QMHP. Two (2) years of supervisory/managerial experience. Two (2) years of experience as a consumer of mental health or substance use services.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
Salary Range
SALARY: $60,000 – $80,000
