Job Summary
Candidate will serve as the Program Manager for Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP). Collaborative working with community-based partnerships and coalitions to address the identified community health priorities in Will County. Candidate will also be responsible for completion of a Community Health Needs Assessments in IPLAN certification or equivalent for the health department.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Community Engagement, Community Health Education, Community Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Education, Public Health, or Public Health Education,
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility.
DESIRED:
Experience working with community collaborations, knowledge of MAPP planning, and two (2) years’ experience in public health and strategic planning.
Salary Range
Commensurate with experience
