Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Division Director. Supervises, plans and coordinates all activities within the specific program.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited educational institution in either Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work. Should be licensed or license eligible (State of Illinois Licensure) as a Clinical Psychologist (doctoral level), LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Will have a one-year period to obtain appropriate state licensure. Background in Substance Use Treatment (by education, training, and/or experience) being either certified (Illinois Certification Board), or certification eligible. Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in behavioral health. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience in the behavioral health field.

Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Salary Range

Commensurate with Experience
