Job Summary
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating patient services activities within an assigned area and over assigned staff. Candidate will establish a team approach to ensure the efficient and courteous processing and treatment of patient’s services.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in either Counseling/Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work. Should be licensed or license eligible (State of Illinois Licensure) as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Will have one (1)-year period to obtain appropriate state licensure.

REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.

DESIRED

Bilingual in Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
