Job Summary
The candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry by completing Patient Registration, providing information regarding the registration and eligibility process, and receiving, verifying, and entering data. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am-5:00 pm; and Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of Patient Registration experience. The passing of the Health Department’s clerical test.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish.
Salary Range
Grade 8 Hourly Wages ($17.44 – $25.26)
