Job Summary
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing coordination, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services provision to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery. Tuesday through Saturday position, but the candidate may be required to work evening hours, along with local travel.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An accredited Master’s Degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, marriage and family therapy, or sociology with two (2) years of clinical experience with providing Illinois Rule 132 mental health services exclusively to adults, their families and identified support system. Applicant must possess and maintain current and valid Licensure in Illinois as either a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
DESIRED
Experience with the substance use legal system. Bilingual in Spanish.
Salary Range
Grade 15 Hourly Wages ($33.88 – $49.08)
