Candidate will work under the supervision of the MCR Program Coordinator, as a full-time provider of intensive Mental Health Services for children and adolescents (C&A) and adults along with their families. Provides intensive Mental Health Services, including, but not limited to, pre-admission screening, crisis stabilization, C&A, and adults with mental illness or emotional disorders that are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization. Crisis assessments are conducted to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and maintain C&A and adults in the home. Schedule calls for Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
MH Counselor II-An accredited Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U. S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
Bilingual in Spanish, IM+CANS certified/CADC
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($24.83 – $38.72)
