Job Summary
The Media Services Manager is responsible for all facets of agency-wide media exchange in verbal, written, and or digital form. The candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff as assigned to disseminate information accurately, timely, and in a way that represents the values of the agency. Occasional evening or weekend hour· required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in Marketing, Journalism, Public Affairs, Communications, English, or Interactive Media. Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or similar work aligned with the essential functions of this position. Proven strong writing skills, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge and skills managing website and social media content. Strong computer and technology skills with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing. Proven professional experience with Facebook, Twitter, biogs, Linkedln or YouTube. REQUIREMENTS: Verification of employment eligibility or US citizenship. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, with minimum auto
liability insurance. DESIRED: Prior experience and knowledge working in public health, municipal government, or healthcare.
