Job Summary	This position functions as a Family Resource Developer as defined by the Illinois Federation of Family for the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), performing various duties and tasking as established by the Illinois agencies (i.e. DCFS, DHS, DMH, HFS, DASA, DLI, and ISBE) for the SASS/ICG program.
Minimum Qualifications	Outreach Specialist I: High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years’ experience in public health. Data entry and Microsoft Word experience. Must be a parent or caregiver who has navigated multiple child serving systems on behalf of a child or adolescent with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) as a consumer of the mental health system.
Salary Range	Grade 9 Hourly Wages ($14.95 – $23.31)
