Job Summary
The Information Technology Specialist (ITS) supports Public Health programs and services by providing information, resources, and services to the Administrative Services, Behavioral Health, Community Health Center, Environmental Health, and Family Health Services Divisions at multiple facilities and locations. THE ITS is responsible for supporting proprietary applications, daily network, server, and telecommunication operations, resolution of hardware and software incidents, installation of new devices and applications, implementing recent technologies, and data capture and analysis. Must be able to work at multiple locations based on priority and need of support services.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Data Science.
REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License and minimum auto liability insurance.
Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($30.49-$44.17)
