Job Summary
Candidate will assist the Crisis Response team in providing direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis, along with providing outreach and engagement of all individuals in the Crisis Response program to help individuals remain engaged in treatment and to promote continued access to mental health and related services. This position initially may alternate between the main office in Joliet and the Bolingbrook office, with Bolingbrook being the ultimate home office. Schedule, 2nd Shift Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm-12:30 am.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Engagement Specialist I
High School Diploma or equivalent, and two (2) years’ experience with being a support system for Behavioral Health. Pass the State of Illinois background check.

Engagement Specialist II
Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Health, and two (2) years’ experience with being a support system for Behavioral Health. Pass the State of Illinois background check.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.

DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary Range

Grade 10 Hourly Wages ($21.17 – $30.66) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay

Grade 11 Hourly Wages ($21.58 – $31.26) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay
