Job Summary
Candidate will work under the supervision of the 590 Program Coordinator, as a full-time provider of intensive Mental Health Services for children and adolescents (C&A) and adults along with families. Provides on or off-site case management, clinical documentation and mental health screening to individuals, families, and groups. Provides and assists in crisis intervention services in consultation with other clinical staff on or off site. Assists clinicians in identifying strengths and needs of the families. Schedule, Sunday-Thursday 4:30 pm-12:30 am.

Minimum Qualifications

Engagement Specialist I-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two (2) years’ experience with being involved in a support system for Behavioral Health.
Engagement Specialist II – Associates Degree, and two (2) years’ experience with being involved in a support system for Behavioral Health.

Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.

Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary Range

Grade 10 Hourly Wages ($17.75 – $27.69) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay

Grade 11 Hourly Wages ($18.10 – $28.83) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay
