Job Summary
Responsible to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). A management-level position that provides supervision, professional assistance, technical advice/training, and is responsible for supporting quality care in Primary Care and Women’s Health at all Health Center locations.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Illinois licensed Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree and three (3) years of related experience in ambulatory health care or Illinois licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of related experience in ambulatory health care. Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, primary care, or related health services. CPR certified. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility.

DESIRED:
Experience in community health center.
