Job Summary
Responsible to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). A management-level position that provides supervision, professional assistance, technical advice/training, and is responsible for supporting quality care in Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Women’s Health at all Health Center locations. Scheduled hours are two days of the week 8am – 4pm, three days of the week 9am – 5pm, and a rotating Saturday from 9am – 3pm every 4-6 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Illinois licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of ambulatory experience working with an out-patient, multi-subspeciality environment; managing RN’s, LPN, and CMA’s, understanding Quality, Safety, & Hygiene in an out-patient environment. Experienced in the academic and administrative features of a Director. Illinois licensed Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree and three (3) years of ambulatory experience working with an out-patient, multi-subspeciality environment; managing RN’s, LPN, and CMA’s, understanding Quality, Safety, & Hygiene in an out-patient environment. Experienced in the academic and administrative features of a Director. With Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital or primary care. CPR certified.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility.

DESIRED
Experience in community health center.

Salary Range

Commensurate with experience
