Job Summary
Candidate will provide direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis. Services include screening and assessment services, crisis de-escalation and crisis resolution services for adult clients.

Minimum Qualifications

An individual who meets the minimum credentials for either the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), as established by TITLE 59; Mental Health, Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, Part 132 Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is defined as an individual who possess a masters degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy or related field, who has successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service, or who has one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health professional (QMHP).Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. DESIRED: Bilingual in Spanish

Salary Range

Grade 14 Hourly Wage ($24.83 – $38.72) + Premium Pay ($3.00 per hour)
