Job Summary
Candidate will provide direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis. Services include screening and assessment services, crisis de-escalation and crisis resolution services for adult clients.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
An individual who meets the minimum credentials for either the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), as established by TITLE 59; Mental Health, Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, Part 132 Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program.
The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is defined as an individual who possess a masters degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy or related field, who has successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service, or who has one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health professional (QMHP).
REQUIREMENTS:
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid
Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wage ($24.83 – $38.72)
+Premium Pay ($3.00 per hour)
