Accounts Payable Specialist I – FHS/050
Utilizes financial and purchasing software to process all Department invoices, bills, claims, and purchase orders. Maintains inventory and receives and processes mail and packages.
Certified Medical Assistant (Bolingbrook) (Bilingual in Spanish) – CHC/123
Applicant will be working assisting medical physicians and nurses in patient care activities, including collecting information from clients, escorting patients, preparing medical records, stocking exam rooms, and drawing blood, along with performing in-house procedures.
Patient Registration Clerk – CHC/108
Candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration by providing information regarding registration and eligibility process; receiving, verifying, and entering data. Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 am-6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm.
Reimbursement Specialist I – CHC/033
Responsible for maximizing receipts of revenue through training, problem-solving, advanced knowledge of health service, billing and payer requirements, and implementation of quality assurance system in billing procedures and collections.
Mental Health Counselor I-(PATH Program) – BH/030
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients who are unsheltered with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Mental Health Counselor II– (Child & Adolescent) – BH/017
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to youths and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community.
Mental Health Counselor II or III– (Adult Services Program) – BH/014
This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community.

The Division Director is responsible for the administration, overall direction, budget management, and coordination of all activities and programs of the Family Health Services Division.

The Director of Operations coordinates, plans, directs, evaluates, and improves operations, making sure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service are maintained and ensuring that the Community Health Center’s everyday activities run smoothly.
Program Coordinator, Infectious Diseases – CHC/026
Oversees and manages clinical operations for the Care Clinic at the Community Health Center. Performs clinical nursing functions for the Care Clinic and Infectious Diseases provider.
(3) Environmental Health Intern (Summer) – EH/1030-002
An Environmental Health Intern will become familiar with all environmental health programs implemented by the Will County Health Department.
