Job Summary
Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. Acts as a liaison between Providers, Clinical Support Staff, and Office Staff. Collaborates with the entire Management Team to provide quality, cost-effective care and provides guidance in effective problem-solving to all areas and locations of behavioral health services. Adheres to safety, governmental, and regulatory policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of locations, care, and operation of routine and emergency equipment as appropriate. Implements good management judgment by conducting all aspects of supervision in a fair, consistent, objective, and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Accredited Associates Degree in Health Care Management, Business, Public Health, or a related healthcare field. Three (3) years’ experience in a clinic or outpatient psychiatric setting and two (2) years’ supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. CPR certification.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.

DESIRED:
Bilingual in Spanish. RN or LPN with Psychiatry experience.
